Virtual Sanity. Jamiroquai turned David Bowie‘s “Let’s Dance” into a coronavirus anthem “Lockdown”

As coronavirus paralyzed already most of the world, locking down most of the people at homes. Many of them are getting creative during isolation. Some of the musicians are reworking songs with new, coronavirus inspired lyrics.

Jay Kay, leader of Jamiroquai, made his own COVID-19 version of a David Bowie classic hit. Jamiroquai’s frontman has reworked the lyrics to Bowie’s “Let’s Dance” for a song called “Lockdown”.

The original song was one of the biggest 80’s music hits. It was produced by Nile Rodgers for David Bowie 1983’s same-titled album “Let’s Dance”.

The super catchy dancefloor 80’s banger works as well as mental virtual sanity for COVID-19.
