Song of the Day: The Marley Brothers - Cornerstone

The Marley Brothers, a reggae supergroup made of Bob Marley's children released a new single Cornerstone, the cover of their late father's song.

It is the first time in over a decade, that Ziggy Marley, Stephen Marley, Damian Marley, Julian Marley, and Ky-Mani Marley, are releasing music together. The song arrives the day before the brothers headline the CaliVibes Festival in Long Beach, California to celebrate their father’s birthday. Cornerstone is available via Ziggy Marley’s Tuff Gong Worldwide and Stephen Marley’s Ghetto Youth labels.

Marley’s Earthstrong festivities culminate on February 6, with a limited-capacity concert celebration at Tuff Gong International in Kingston, Jamaica, which was live-streamed, and still available on Tuff Gong TV. The live stream features the broadcast premiere of the Roots 77 Concert from Jamaica as well as additional musical performances from Minister Marion Hall, formerly known as Lady Saw, who now has an inspirational blues-based gospel and country sound and still does her dancehall sound. Her music can make you cry and dance at the same time. Sharon Marley, Skip Marley, Yohan Marley perform before the main event concert finale performed by The Marley Brothers (Ziggy, Stephen, Ky-Mani, Julian, and Damian).
