Polish nu-jazz band Jazzpospolita shared new single “Przedwiosnie”
Polish nu-jazz band Jazzpospolita shared a new single "Przedwiosnie" (transl. An Early Spring). Jazzpospolita is one of the most interesting musical phenomena on the Polish scene. The band, which in 11 years has released 6 albums and played 400 concerts, from the beginning, in spite of its name, has eluded genre qualifications. With four members – guitar, bass, keyboards, drums – Jazzpospolita has developed its own recognizable sound and gained a large group of fans. The strength of Jazzpo – as fans often say about the group – is constituted by original compositions, situating the band at the junction of jazz, post-rock and electronics. The combination of jazz harmonies, rock sounds and club dynamics makes Jazzpo a fan base from very different circles and successfully performs not only at club concerts but also at big jazz festivals (London Jazz Festival, Copenhagen Jazz Festival and pop-rock festivals (Open’er, Men’s Playing).

The Soundtrack Of My Life blog reviews the band in those words: "A very unique voice on the Polish scene, filling a niche for the young generation of music lovers, who are not really into Jazz proper on one hand, but who are bored with the contemporary Pop and Ambient scenes on the other hand. this music is fresh, exciting and sophisticated, which by itself is already quite rare."
Album was released on 14th February 2020 and is available on band's Bandcamp.
